Arborvitae Setee

This settee is built with mortise and tenon joinery. The arched back is Red Cedar, a very tough and aromatic wood. The rest of the piece is created out of White Cedar, also known as Arborvitae. This wood has dramatic reverses and flares that animate the piece. The seat is upholstered in green
velvet.
